A well-organised factory production line allows us to manage every stage with clarity and consistency, from fabric inspection, cutting, and sewing to finishing, packing, and final shipment. Each process is structured and traceable, helping reduce errors, improve efficiency, and maintain stable lead times across different orders. With experienced workers and a clear workflow, we are able to keep production running smoothly even when handling multiple colors, sizes, and custom requirements. This level of organisation is not only about efficiency, but also about responsibility — ensuring that every product delivered meets the expected standard in quality, appearance, and performance.

A comprehensive quality control process is built into every stage of our production, starting from fabric inspection under proper lighting conditions to check color consistency, defects, and weight, followed by in-line inspections during cutting and sewing to ensure size accuracy and workmanship. Each batch is clearly separated by color and specification to avoid mixing, while finishing and cleaning are carefully handled to remove loose threads and imperfections. Before packing, we conduct a final inspection based on agreed standards, including measurements, appearance, and packaging details. For bulk orders, we also provide formal inspection reports with photos, giving our partners clear visibility into the production results. This structured and consistent QC system helps minimize risks, prevent small issues from becoming larger problems, and ensure that every shipment meets the expected quality and performance standards.

Blackout curtains are designed to block out most incoming light, helping create a darker and more controlled indoor environment. They are typically made with high-density fabrics or coated/laminated backing to achieve 85–100% light blocking performance, depending on construction. Beyond light control, they also improve privacy, reduce outside noise to some extent, and help with thermal insulation by limiting heat gain and loss. From a production perspective, blackout fabrics require stable coating or layering processes to ensure consistent performance across batches, especially for large orders. They are widely used in bedrooms, hotels, and project environments where sleep quality, comfort, and consistent appearance are important, often combined with sheer curtains to balance function and decoration.
Faux-linen sheer curtains offer the natural textured look of linen with the stability and easy care of polyester fabric. They allow soft daylight to enter while adding privacy and a warm layered feeling to the room. Compared with real linen, faux-linen fabric is less likely to wrinkle, easier to control in color consistency, and more suitable for bulk production or repeat orders. It is widely used in retail collections, e-commerce products, and hotel or residential projects, often paired with blackout curtains for both decoration and light control.
Velvet curtains are known for their soft touch, rich texture, and strong visual depth, making them a popular choice for creating a more elegant and premium interior atmosphere. The fabric is typically made from polyester or blended fibers, offering better durability and easier maintenance compared to traditional cotton velvet. Due to their dense structure, velvet curtains naturally provide good light blocking and insulation performance, often reaching semi-blackout to blackout levels depending on the weight and backing. In production, controlling fabric weight (such as 200–450 GSM), color consistency, and shading direction is important to ensure uniform appearance in bulk orders. Velvet curtains are widely used in residential spaces, hotels, and event settings, especially for customers who value both decorative impact and functional performance.
Portable curtains are designed for flexibility and quick installation, making them suitable for temporary or multi-use spaces. They are typically made with lightweight blackout or coated fabrics, combined with simple fixing methods such as suction cups, Velcro, or magnetic attachments, allowing users to install and remove them without tools or permanent fixtures. Compared with traditional curtains, they focus more on convenience, portability, and adaptability to different window sizes. From a production perspective, key points include ensuring stable blackout performance with thinner materials, reliable attachment strength, and compact packaging for easy transport. Portable curtains are widely used in travel, rental apartments, dormitories, and temporary shading needs, especially for users who require privacy and light control without complex installation.
